Delivery charges are automatically calculated according to the Australian Post recommendation for product volume, weight and destination. Our orders are delivered by either Australia Post or Fastway Courier.
We offer a free delivery service within the local Brisbane area for orders over $200. Please phone to organise.
If you live in Brisbane and would like to collect your items from Fig Tree Pocket, please contact us to make arrangements for a suitable pick up time. Please enter the promotional code 'FD1X' when placing your order to remove the freight charge from your invoice.
Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you and give you the option to amend or cancel your order for a full refund.
